Honestly, my goal is to release a blog post every day, or close to it anyways.
I know I released one earlier today and my next one would be scheduled in a week (I have this week covered), but I feel this is a special circumstance that should be released today while it’s actually happening.
As you all know, I am on the support team for Deaderpool’s discord. This means I help players with MC Command Center and sometimes other mods or game issues as well. A few weeks ago, one of our Admins (kinda like my boss) made a post about how we do not and will not support PMM. Therefore, we will not even help you if we find you have this mod in your game. Here is the kicker though, it is only ArtUrlWWW’s Pregnancy Mega Mod we will not help you with. If you have Scumbobo’s, we’ll help you with that.

Why don’t we help you if you have Arts? It’s simple. He stole the coding from Turbodriver, Wicked Whims creator. He didn’t even bother changing the coding so it didn’t say Turbodriver, and then he stole the name and everything else from Scumbobo. Why am I talking about this today?
Because Art made a post on his patreon talking about how we treat users of his mod like shit all because we won’t help someone who has the mod. However, PMM and MC Command Center also conflict as PMM does the same things that MC does (Mc does more though.) The thing is, we are also Deaderpool’s support team. We choose to help others, in fact, if it wasn’t for people like me on the team or Bee on the team then people needing help with Sacrificial mods or Zerbu mods would be getting sent to their discords.

It’s not only that we won’t, its that we cant. Honestly, I feel like using Arts mod is just as bad as using a pirated version of the game. It’s stolen, you can sugar coat it any which way you want but it doesn’t change the fact it is using stolen code. Art is trying to cause a rift and complain and whine about us and our choice to not help those who use his mods. Art in his anger even said that he will rewrite and add to PMM everything MC has and warns us to not be surprised.
Also, the deaderpool’s discord primary purpose is to help with MC Command Center. Over time, they have since expanded to helping out with other mods, Last Exceptions, and even in-game errors. We have a wide range of Helpers, Support Team Members, Admins, and even Mentors set aside to help specifically with some issues. We each have our strong points, for me, it’s death. If there is an issue or a bug with death in the game I can usually find it pretty quickly and am pretty much an expert in Sacrificial’s mods.
I am not sure if Art will actually see this blog post or not, but I am hoping he does so here is a message to you Art if you are reading this. Since your mod conflicts with MC Command Center and it’s current pregnancy options, how much help do you honestly expect us to be able to offer users of your mod? We are also volunteers, we have the right to refuse help to anyone for whatever reason, even if its “Oh you use this mod. we won’t help you”. trust me, your mod is barely the only one we are like this with.
KawaiiStacie is another person who we either send to her discord or tell someone to remove her mods. If you are a creator reading this, do not make a deal out of it if we tell you or your users they must remove your mods before we can help you. Instead of going and being a whiney little brat to your followers, why not contact us and say “hey why not?” Act like an adult. In the end, you might find a compromise somewhere to end this feud.

I use PMM and I will continue to use PMM because I see who is attacking users and who cares about them. ArtUr, cares about the players and does not exclude anyone. Neither does people face a choice. If he works to put us the same functions will be worried about its users, so that they are not penalized. If you were worried about your support, you would work with him and not against him.

We would work with him, IF he changes the coding so it doesn’t say TURBODRIVERS name. We do care about our support, but we don’t like thieves. It’s that simple. As was stated by one of our admins on Art’s post, if he chooses to rewrite the coding and remove Turbos name from it then we will gladly remove the pmm name and offer help to those who have it.

I did not understand who it was supposed to have stolen codes from?
Because it was Scumbobo’s job? I really like the work of Scumbobos, only, the work on pregnancies as others of his works are sometimes or have been left to the abandonment. Or are not adapted quickly. Artur, for that reason, when the work on pregnancies was abandoned, or forgotten, I think it took over. And it helped the players. Like when the statues of teleportations were taken again. it helps the players. ArtUr work very seriously, we are not afraid at each update to lose these benefits. If Scumbobo’s had kept the gift up to date. ArtUr would not have repaired it himself. Is that what you’re talking about?

He actually stole the code from Turbodriver and then didn’t even remove turbos name oujt of the code which would have been ethical to do using someone elses code. There is a difference between what Art did and updating anothers mod. Art stole TURBOS code and just slapped scumbobos mod on it. You can even watch videois and see the similarities between the look of Wicked Whims and Pregnancy Mega Mod. It is literally the same code and thats what I’m talking about.

Also if you check Scumbobo HAS updated the mod. It was updated Nov. 13, 2018 for the game patch.. So he has been keeping it up to date. http://modthesims.info/d/547232/pregnancy-mega-mod-v7.html

honestly creators like Sacrificial, Deaderpool, Scumbobo and Turbodriver spend so much time and effort making their mods, perfecting them and keeping them up-to-date with game patches and for someone to just steal their mod and to not even credit them is unbelievable and tbh should be illegal
